Why Can’t I Access the Account After Sign Up on altHR Website

Once you have signed up, you will receive an activation email to activate your altHR account. It is only after you activate the account, you can login via https://admin.althr.my/v2/login. You will not be able to login even when you click “Forget Password” if the account is not activated yet. In the event you do not receive the activation email, you may:

1. Check your spam folder.

2. Ensure that your company has whitelisted altHR email address

3. Check if your company had previously signed up and activated an account with altHR. Hence, the same email address would not receive the activation link. Please write to support@althr.my and we will assist you to resolve.

4. If you do not find the email after the actions above, write to support@althr.my and we will assist you to resolve.
