When companies sign up with altHR, the invitation email is only sent to the main HR admin upon sign up. 


Admins can send invitation email to the user from the admin dashboard. Before doing so, please read "What do I do after I sign up?"


If employee is still unable to receive the invitation email, kindly check if altHR emails have been whitelisted for your company email.
