What is Helpdesk
This feature allows you to raise queries, requests or issues to the appropriate PICs.
To submit a case:
- On your mobile app homepage, tap on Helpdesk. If you don’t see it, tap More then look for Helpdesk. 
- Tap on Add Case. 
- Select a category. 
- Fill in the details. 
- Tap on Submit.
