What is Helpdesk
This feature allows you to raise queries, requests or issues to the appropriate PICs.
To view submitted cases:
On your mobile app homepage, tap on Helpdesk. If you don’t see it, tap More then look for Helpdesk.
Tap on View Cases.
Tap on a case to view its details.
