altHR uses iPay 88 which is a secured payment gateway (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia). altHR does not store any of your card details. We only receive a unique token from ipay88 to charge you on a monthly basis.
The tokenisation works by protecting cardholder details to prevent fraud. The token will be stored in iPay88 PCI-Compliant (PCI-DSS) security vault, not with altHR. iPay88 strictly follows the PDPA Act, not to disclose credit card details to any third party.
