What is in Leaves
You are able to view and manage your leaves in a very detailed manner through your altHR app. There are a few terms in this section that you should familiarise yourself with:
| Leave policy | The type of leave. For example, sick leave and annual leave. |
| Leave balances | Remaining leaves you can apply for. |
| Leave deduction | Leaves taken or forfeited. |
| Leave entitlement | Total leaves you can apply for. |
| Replacement credit | Replacement leaves. |
| Carry forward | Annual leaves carry forward from previous year. |
To view leave balances:
1. On your mobile app homepage, click on Leaves.
2. The leave balances summary is at the top.
3. Click See More to view more details.
4. Click on a leave policy to view even more details.
