How to leave reviews on employees' appraisals as a manager
As a manager, you can easily leave reviews for each employee’s answers as well as rate their performance via the altHR web app.
To leave reviews on employees' appraisals as a manager:
1. Log in to alHR web app at https://app.althr.my/
2. On the left panel, click HR > Performance.
3. Click on the appraisal cycle.
4. Click on the Evaluation tab.
5. Click on the employee with a Pending Review status.
6. Below each question, you can enter a review.
7. Scroll down. Rate the employee’s performance.
8. Confirm by clicking Submit.
