1. Check that employee have the latest altHR mobile app. Links to download the app are as follow:

    Apple App Store

  2. Check that employee has received their activation email and has activated their account.
    • If employee has activated their account, they may request for a reset password email from the app by clicking “forgot password”, OR
    • If employee has not activated their account, admins can send a reset password email/resend invitation email to the user from the admin dashboard.

  3. Check that employees are using the correct credentials and have no typos. eg. having spaces in emails
