To sign in with phone number:


  1. You will receive an SMS from your altHR admin. 

  2. Click on the activation link in the SMS.

  3. You will be redirected to the activation page.

  4. Enter your username (phone number) and verification code from the SMS.

  5. Click Submit.


  1. Create a password then click I Agree and I Accept. Your account is now activated.




  1. Open your altHR mobile app.

  2. Enter your username (phone number) and the password you created. 

  3. Click Sign in with username.


Take note:


You will receive an SMS from your altHR admin with your username (your phone number), a verification code and a verification link to activate your altHR account. If you have not yet received this SMS, please contact your HR admin.
