How to change an asset from Available to Maintenance status

When changing an asset from Available to Maintenance status, the asset will be moved from the Asset Inventory List to the Maintenance List and vice versa.

To change an asset from Available to Maintenance status:

1. On the left panel of your admin dashboard, head to Others > Asset Management > Inventory.

2. Click the Active Assets tab.

3. On the right of the asset, click Actions > Edit.

4. Under status, select Maintenance. 

5. Confirm by clicking Confirm.

6. To view the asset under maintenance, click Others > Asset Management > Maintenance.
