• What is Purchased Voucher

In the Store module, you are able to make bill payments or purchase top-ups on the go. You’ll find a multitude of services that you can make purchases and complete payment for. This ranges from bill payments for utilities or subscriptions, mobile prepaid reloads, e-Wallet top-ups, and even gaming credits.

• Where is your purchased voucher

After you have successfully completed payment and purchased your voucher, your transaction history will be saved in the mobile app itself where you can refer to get your voucher codes for redemption. Here is where you can view your purchased voucher.

• To view your purchased vouchers
  

1. On the home screen, click Store. If you could not find the button, it may be under More. Click More to look for the Store module.

2. Click Store.

3. Click "Voucher" icon on the top right of the main page of the Store module.

4. Under the Voucher tab, you will be able to view the voucher you purchased.
