To view and edit your annual leave policy:


  1. On your admin dashboard, head to the left panel.

  2. Click Leaves > Policies.

  3. Search for your Annual Leave Policy > Edit.



To set different Entitlement for different Years of Services:


  • Click 3. Entitlement.
  • Select "No" for the "Same Entitlement for all?" option.
  • Select the Criteria - Years of Service.
  • Configure the Years of Service Table based on your company leave policy


    When setting up this table, you will need to define the lower and upper limits for each category by specifying the range in terms of "More than or equal to (Years)" for the starting point and "Less than (Years)" for the endpoint. This ensures that each category represents a clear and distinct range of years, avoiding overlaps or gaps.


  • Update the Leave Entitlement for each categories of the Years of Services.



    Based on the sample given above (as per EA1955), the leave entitlement will be granted as below:

  • Once you have configured the Entitlement table, click Confirm to save and publish the changes.
