How to Enable Rostering Notifications for Employees

What are rostering notifications for employees

When employees are scheduled for a shift and notification settings are ON, they will receive two push notifications via their altHR mobile app. One notification 24 hours before their shift and another one hour before their shift. 

Note: If shifts are changed, notifications will be reflected with those changes.

To enable rostering notifications for employees:

1. On the left panel of your admin dashboard, head to Others > Rostering.

2. Click on a team.

3. On the top right, click on the Settings icon.

4. Select Yes to Enable team leaders to receive notifications whenever a team member applies for a shift?.

5. Select Yes to Enable notifications to be sent to employees?.

6. Confirm by clicking Confirm.
