What are option and question check-ins
Status check-ins ping employees at selected times to collect their feedback or responses. There are two types of check-ins:
| Option check-in: | These are closed-ended questions with multiple choice answers. This is useful to check on employee productivity and satisfaction, or to host a company wide poll. |
| Question check-in | This is a single open-ended question set by an admin that employees will be able to answer openly. Examples include daily reports or discussions on activities they had over the weekend. |
To view check-ins:
1. On the left panel of your admin dashboard, head to Check-Ins.
2. Click on the Option Check-in or Question Check-in tab.
