The 1st link in the main menu brings you to the Activity page. This page shows you the recorded history of your activities.
You can navigate through different types of activities via this page sub-menu.
- CALLS: You can view calls history here.
- VOICEMAILS: You can check your voicemails here and on the mobile app. They will be transcribed into text if you'd rather read them.
- RECORDED CALLS: You can listen or download any recorded calls from the Omni app.
- FAXES: This function is yet to be implemented.
