What alerts can I setup?

Creating alerts in your account can be an effective way to monitor your fleet. There are three types of alerts that you can setup within the iFleet GPS system:

  1. Speed alert - notifies users whenever any specified vehicle has exceeded a speed limit. Creating speed alerts in your account will help you monitor your vehicles to ensure they are adhering to your company's speeding guidelines, and also prevent unnecessary fines or accidents. 
                                                       
  2. Idling alert - notifies users whenever any specified vehicle has been idling longer than the defined time limit. Creating idle alerts in your account will help you monitor your vehicles to ensure the drivers are not sleeping on the job, and also prevent fuel wastage by keeping the engine on.      
                                                  
  3. Zone alert - notifies users whenever any specified vehicles have entered or exited a geofence which you have created. Creating zone alerts in your account will help you monitor your vehicles to ensure they are entering/exiting your preset areas, and also prevent vehicles from venturing into areas which they are not meant to.
