What are the available Reports?
There are many types of reports that you can request to be downloaded or even scheduled using the iFleet GPS platform. The list below shows our top reports that are most widely used in the fleet management industry:
Trips report - Provides a list of trips made by selected vehicles within a selected time period.
Vehicle summary report - Provides a summary of statistics of selected vehicles, such as mileage, utilisation, scoring, violations, and costs.
Events report - Provides a list of events triggered by selected vehicle, such as idling, speeding, harsh driving, and alarms.
Geofence report - Provides a list of entry and exits events triggered by selected vehicles when they go through the area of interest that you have set up.
Speeding report - Provides a list of speeding alerts triggered by selected vehicles based on the speed alert you have already set up
Road speed violations report - Provides a list of speed violations by selected vehicles over the road's speed limit which are based on speed settings in Google Maps
Idle alert report - Provides a list of idling alerts triggered by selected vehicles based on the idle alert that you have set up.
Driver behaviour report - Provides a report on your vehicles focusing on driver score and harsh driving events.
How do I get these reports?
We can assist you to create or edit reports. All you have to do is fill up a reports request form in Jarvis, and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
