What is a Sub-User?
Grant access of your iFleet GPS account to your team members or fellow fleet managers by creating sub-user accounts for them. Create multiple sub-users and allocate them to different groups within your business to improve efficiency.
There are 3 types of sub-users you can create:
- iFleet (Admin) - Grants the sub-user full control and functionalities of the iFleet GPS platform.
- iFleet (Sub) - Grants the sub-user full functionalities of the iFleet GPS platform but without permission to create more sub-users.
- iFleet (view only) - Grants the sub-user the ability to view only the functionalities set by the Admin and without the permission to create/edit/delete any feature within the platform.
In addition, you can also assign vehicle groups to each sub-user to restrict their access to certain vehicle groups.
How can I configure a sub-user?
We can assist you to create, edit or delete sub-users. All you have to do is fill up a sub-user configuration form in Joy, and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
