Two step checklist:


  • When setting up a shift, make sure to toggle the Allow employee to select shift ? switch ON (green).
  • Then when setting up the team, make sure to toggle the Enable team leaders to receive notifications whenever a team member applies for a shift switch ON (green).

    


To allow Team Leaders to approve or reject shift applications:


1. On the left panel of your admin dashboard, head to Others > Rostering.


2. Click on a team.



3. On the top right, click on the Settings icon.



4. Select Yes to Enable team leaders to receive notifications whenever a team member applies for a shift.


5. Confirm by clicking Confirm.
